Standard check-in is 2pm (early check-in can be purchased when booking); check-out is 11am. Reception hours are 10am–7:30pm.
Washers and dryers are available on site; dryers cost $4 and accept $2 coins only. Soap powder is available at reception. There is no dump station on site—the closest is in Rotorua.
Pools begin draining at 7:15pm and close at 8pm. Absolutely no drones. No smoking or vaping is permitted within the campground complex (smoking permitted on the main driveway only). Wifi is available for purchase.
