Is there a deposit or hold at check-out?
There will be a $1,000 (non-turbo) or $1,500 (turbo) hold taken at time of check-out and applied to the deductible should any damages occur; holds are generally released within 24–48 hours if no damage has occurred.
What insurance and deductible amounts apply?
A mandatory insurance fee is required on each vehicle; it covers each vehicle with a $3,000 deductible for non-turbo and $3,500 deductible for turbos. If there is frame damage, the deductible raises to $7,000. All deductible amounts will be required at time of check-in per damaged vehicle. If the vehicle is out of service due to damage, the operator may charge an 'out of use fee' of half the daily rate for up to 14 days.
Can the operator change my reserved vehicle?
The operator reserves the right to substitute similar or better vehicles for your reservation when required for safety or maintenance reasons.
