Bikes come with gears (3–7 depending on model), front hand brakes and rear coaster brakes as applicable, comfortable seats, and—on cargo/tandem models—two locks (a wheel lock and a heavy-duty chain lock). The e-cargo model adds an electric motor to assist pedaling.
Standard pick-up is between 09:00 and 14:30; in winter (November–March) pick-up must occur between 09:00 and 11:00. All bikes must be returned by 18:00 on the final booking day or brought back between 08:30 and 09:00 the following morning; late returns incur an extra day charge, and returns to a different location incur a transport fee.
Rentals are structured over 2 days; a multiday discount applies—30 DKK off the daily rate per bike for the second day and beyond.

When must I return the bikes?
Bikes must be returned no later than 18:00 on the final day, or they may be returned between 08:30 and 09:00 the following morning; failing to return by those times will result in an extra day charge.

Which bike size should my child use?
Child bikes come in 24" (recommended 140–160 cm) and 20" (recommended 130–140 cm); if your child is taller than 150–160 cm you should book an adult bike instead.
