Rental length is three days. Pick-up is available from early morning to mid‑afternoon in the main season (earliest 09:00 to no later than 14:30); during winter (November–March) pick-up is limited to 09:00–11:00. Bikes must be returned by 18:00 on the final day or can be dropped between 08:30 and 09:00 the following morning; late returns incur an extra day charge.
Cargo, tandem and e‑cargo bikes come with two locks (a wheel lock and a heavy‑duty chain lock). Bikes are equipped with comfortable seats and appropriate gearing/brake setups for city riding.
A multiday discount applies: 30 DKK off the daily rate per bike for the second day and any additional days.
Pick-up and return occur at the operator’s location on Vester Voldgade 2. For sizing questions or requests for a limited 26'' bike, contact the operator directly.

What are the size rules for child and adult bikes?
