Bikes can be picked up between 09:00 and 14:30 (earliest 09:00); during winter (November–March) pickup is limited to 09:00–11:00. All bikes must be returned by 18:00 on the final booking day or between 08:30–09:00 the following morning to avoid an extra day charge.
Bring any personal items you need for multi-day cycling; confirm rider heights against the recommended frame sizes so you reserve the correct bike size in advance.
Bikes must be returned to the same location where they were picked up. Failure to return to the original location will incur an extra transport fee.
Adult bikes are 7-speed with front hand and rear coaster brakes; child bikes are 3-speed with similar braking; cargo and tandem bikes have 3 gears and include locks. E-cargo models offer an electric motor to assist pedaling.

What if I don’t return the bike to the same location?
If bikes are not returned to the original pickup location, an extra fee will be charged to cover transport back to the original location.
How do I choose the right size bike for my child or myself?
Recommended heights are provided: adult frames 48 cm (150–165 cm), 51 cm (165–175 cm), 56 cm (175+); child 24'' (140–160 cm) and 20'' (130–140 cm). Children bigger than ~150–160 cm should use an adult bike; adults under 150 cm should use a child 24'' bike. If you’re between sizes, contact the operator ([email protected]) about limited 26'' availability.
What equipment and locks come with the bikes?
Cargo and e-cargo bikes and tandems come with two locks (a wheel lock and a heavy-duty chain lock); adult and child bikes have standard braking systems and comfortable seats as described.
