What rental durations are available?

Rentals run from 7 to 30 days, counted from 00:00 on the start day to 23:59 on the final day.

Is delivery available outside Santiago?

Yes — bicycles can be delivered anywhere in Spain and Portugal, or you can collect one at a partner shop at the route start (a chosen delivery point may carry a supplement).

How and where do I return the bike?

If you finish in Santiago, return the bike at Hospedería San Martín Pinario; if you do not end in Santiago, €60 will be deducted from the deposit to cover collection and transport back to the warehouse.

Is a helmet included?

No — helmets are not included with the rental for hygiene and safety reasons and should be supplied by the rider.

What deposit is required?

A mandatory security deposit of €200 is required for each bike; the operator allows paying this up to 10 days before the rental to reduce immediate payment.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled 30 days before the reservation; 50% refund if cancelled between 30 and 15 days before; no refund for later cancellations.
