What if I get a flat tire?

You will be provided with a contact number to report any incident and the operator will assist you.

What happens if the bicycle has damage?

If the bicycle has a problem within the first 15 minutes of the rental, a replacement bicycle will be provided at no extra cost; if you cause damage you are responsible for covering the costs.
