Full Day rentals: 6:00am–7:00pm. Half Day options: 6:00am–12:00pm or 1:00pm–7:00pm. From 9/15–10/31 rentals are discounted so half-day pricing applies to a full-day rental and hours shift to 7:00am–5:00pm.
Doors open at 6:00am for rentals (7:00am starting 9/15); you may arrive anytime after opening but allow time to sign waivers and complete the safety briefing before launch.
Drivers must bring valid identification; arrive with time to complete check-in and sign waivers; plan for high-elevation sun and thinner air—bring sun protection and layers. Wi‑Fi is available across the resort but cellular service is not.
Each boat lists a maximum person or weight limit—do not exceed these limits. Do not remove keys from boats at any time and report any damage immediately; negligent damage can incur repair charges and future rental bans.

Can I rent for a full day and what are the hours?

Do I need ID or any qualifications to operate a boat?
All drivers must be 18 or older and present valid identification on arrival; no one under 18 may operate the boats.
Can I bring my dog?

What if I damage a boat?
Report any damage to a Twin Lakes Resort employee immediately upon return. If damage is deemed negligent you will be charged for parts, labor (at $75/hr) and lost rental time, and you may be barred from future rentals.

The area does not have cellular service; free Wi‑Fi is provided across the resort which can be used for calls, texts, and email while on the property.
