Can I bring my pet on this rental?

No — pets are not allowed on this boat type; pets are only allowed on specific craft (Pontoon #1 (Value), Deluxe fishing boat, and Jon boats).

Are walk-ins accepted?

No — boats must be rented by 9:00 pm the night before; the operator does not accept walk-ins.

All reservations must be secured by credit card; at arrival a $300 credit card hold will be placed and removed (minus fuel) if the boat is returned in good condition.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund minus a $15 administrative fee for cancellations made 14 days or more before the reservation; cancellations 13 days or less from the reservation date forfeit funds, and no-shows forfeit funds.

What happens if the weather is bad?

For dangerous weather conditions on the morning of arrival, you can reschedule to another date within the current season; if it is only raining there will be no transfer of the reservation date.

Are grills allowed on board?

Absolutely not — grills are not allowed on any boat.

Can I pick up passengers along the route?

No — all passengers must board at the Marina and the renter is not allowed to pick up anyone at any other location.
