Customers born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete a Boater Safety Course and have a Florida Boating Safety Education ID card to operate motorboats with 10 HP or more; all customers are advised to take a boating safety course.

Are the boats insured?

Yes. All boats are covered by comprehensive insurance included in the price; the insurance carries a deductible of $1,200. SeaTow towing coverage is also included.

How much is the security deposit?

A security deposit of $1,200 is required at pickup and can be paid in cash or held on a credit card for the duration of the rental.
