What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Customers receive a 75% refund of the offered amount if they cancel up to seven days before the booking date; after that no refunds are issued, though customers may request a reschedule for 100% credit. If the operator cancels due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a refund. No-shows are charged the full price.
