Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, towels and bathing suits if you plan to swim. BYOB drinks and snacks are welcome; the operator provides ice, water, seltzer, a cooler and Bluetooth speakers. Pack light—storage space on board is limited.
Wear comfortable, stable shoes—heels are discouraged—and bring a light jacket for cooler conditions or sunset trips.
The boat includes a small onboard head, life jackets for all guests, a large swim ladder and complimentary ice and water; guests may request additional flotation devices for swimmers.

What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund if canceled 14+ days before the charter; 50% refund (or a full‑value gift card) for cancellations 13 days–72 hours prior; no refund under 72 hours. If the captain cancels for weather, you receive a full refund.
What should we bring?
Bring BYOB drinks, snacks, cups, towels, bathing suits and sunscreen. A light jacket is helpful for sunset trips. The operator provides ice, water, seltzer, a cooler and Bluetooth speakers.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The operator does not run in lightning, heavy wind or heavy rain. Weather cancellations by the captain result in a full refund; weather calls are made the day of and up to an hour before your charter.
Can our group size change after booking?
Yes—the operator can adjust headcount and pricing will be adjusted accordingly, provided the group stays under the maximum limit (under 21 guests).
Can we swim from the boat?
Yes—swimming is allowed only at the captain’s discretion and requires a signed swim waiver. No swimming after drinking; a large, stable swim ladder is available.
Are children and dogs allowed?
Yes—children are allowed with no age limit and dogs of any size are welcome aboard.
Where do we check in?
Check in in front of Saltwater (the bar/restaurant at the Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina), 49 America’s Cup Ave; the captain will meet you on the deck by the water. Arrive 10–15 minutes early.
Is Baywatch ADA accessible?
Baywatch is not ADA compliant, though the crew can assist with boarding and may be able to accommodate wheelchairs and strollers—please contact the operator before booking if you have mobility concerns.
Can we bring decorations, and is smoking allowed?
Light table décor is allowed but balloons, confetti and streamers are prohibited. Smoking and vaping are not permitted onboard for safety reasons.
