Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome onboard all cruises with the exception of cruises through Southend; Southend Pier does not allow dogs on the pier and as such the operator cannot land them ashore on this trip.
I am in a wheelchair — can I join the cruise?
Access from Corys Road to the landing stage is step-free, but once aboard you will need to leave a wheelchair to board; toilets are downstairs and there is an open top deck. Boarding may be on top or lower decks and this can change during the day due to the tide.
Is there a discount for carers?
No; carers still count as a passenger and must have a valid ticket. The operator is currently unable to offer discounts to carers.
Will the cruise be cancelled in poor weather?
The cruise remains mainly in sheltered waters though the last 30 minutes en route to Southend may encounter larger waves. Crews monitor wind conditions and will notify passengers between 12 and 48 hours before departure; if very windy expect an email around 18:00 the night before travel.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Refunds are generally not provided. See the operator’s terms and conditions: amendments must be made more than seven days in advance; unexpected inability to attend typically does not qualify for reschedules or refunds.
