What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
All cancellations incur a $5 cancellation service fee per seat. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the tour can be refunded (minus the cancellation and booking fees) or rescheduled. Cancellations 24–48 hours before the tour may be re-booked once; cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable and not re-bookable.
Is tipping expected?
Tipping the driver is not required, but a minimum gratuity of $5–$10 per person is suggested.
What happens if the tour doesn’t reach the minimum number of participants?
The tour requires at least eight total participants to operate; if that minimum is not met the operator will not run the bus.
