Full Days run 09:30–16:00 (Apr–Oct) or 09:30–15:00 (Nov–Mar). Half Days run 09:30–12:00 or 13:30–16:00.

What to Bring — Land Activities

Packed lunch, drink and snack for full days (drink/snack for half days); a full set of waterproofs (hooded jacket and trousers); layering (base, mid, outer); warm hat/gloves or sun protection; trainers, boots or wellies; climbing shoes if available; at least a 500ml water bottle and a rucksack for spare layers and medication.

What to Bring — Canoeing

Outdoor clothes with waterproofs or a wetsuit for swimming (wetsuit hire available Jun–Sep), suitable water shoes or old trainers, a spare change of clothes and towel in a bag for a dry barrel, a minimum 500ml water bottle, lunch/snacks and any personal medication; buoyancy aids are provided and must be worn.

What ages can attend Activity Days?

The standard age range is 5–12 years unless otherwise stated; check the activity listing for specific age ratings. Climbing at Bennybeg is for 8–14 year olds and some summer canoe days are for 10–16 year olds.

What are the session times for half and full days?

Full Days run 09:30–16:00 (Apr–Oct) or 09:30–15:00 (Nov–Mar). Half Days are 09:30–12:00 or 13:30–16:00.

What is included in the price?

All sports and safety equipment are provided; full days include hot chocolate and biscuits as a snack. Photographs may be taken and wetsuit hire is available at additional cost.

How much does it cost and are there extra charges?

Full days are £45 per person, half days £25 per person. There is a 10% sibling discount, wetsuit hire is £8 (or booties £4), and a booking fee of +6% applies.

What should children bring for canoe days?

They should bring outdoor clothes with waterproofs or a wetsuit, wellies or water shoes, a spare full set of clothes and towel stored in a dry barrel, a minimum 500ml water bottle, lunch/snacks and any personal medication; buoyancy aids are provided and must be worn.

Where do we meet and what if the venue changes?

You meet at the location listed in the booking confirmation; venues include Weem Forest, Parkneuk Woods, Bennybeg, Loch Tay or Loch Faskally. If conditions make canoeing on Loch Tay unsafe due to wind, the operator will notify you and switch to Loch Faskally.
