This is a five‑day experience.
Bring clothes, personal items and a sleeping bag if you prefer (the operator can supply sleeping bags if needed).
Canoes, all equipment, dry bags and barrels, all accommodation (tents if camping), fully catered meals/snacks/drinks, accommodation the night prior to departure, free Wi‑Fi, and hot showers/drinks on return are included.
You must book Department of Conservation (DOC) passes; operators can assist if needed. DOC sites are unavailable for bookings between 6 January and 12 January 2024 due to a local cultural event. An out‑of‑season fee of NZD 50 per person applies between 1 May and 31 August and is charged on arrival.
