The operator supplies the team canoes, paddles, life jackets and waterproof gear barrels as part of the rental.

Team canoes must be filled with at least seven people; standard price is €26.00 per person, family rates and discounts for large groups apply.

What is the minimum and maximum number of people per team canoe?
Team canoes seat 7–12 people and must always be occupied by at least 7 persons.
Do we get paddles and life jackets with the rental?
Yes — boats, paddles, life jackets and luggage barrels are provided as part of the rental.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
A 20% deposit is required; the rest is due within one week after the rental. Cancellations up to 24 h before the rental incur a 20% fee; cancellations within 24 h incur a 50% fee.
What happens in case of bad weather or severe conditions?
La Canoa may cancel the rental in advance for thunderstorm forecasts or strong winds (from about Force 4); if the rental is canceled for force majeure it need not be paid, though the deposit may be retained as compensation for incurred effort.
Are there special prices for families or large groups?
Children and youth up to 15 paddle at half price when accompanied by parents; children under 6 ride free. For groups of 20 people or more a 20% discount applies.
