Between swims and jumps you’ll climb and scramble over limestone shoreline, discover rock pools and study abundant marine life while walking back over the cliffs along the coastal path to finish the route.

What the day feels like

What the session feels like

After gearing up in a warm wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet and boots and receiving a safety briefing, you descend to the waterline and move through a sequence of swims, climbs and jumps. The flow alternates between sheltered cave swims, exposed scrambles along rock shelves and adrenaline moments off the cliffs; the guides assess conditions continually and tailor the route to the group.
