Standard classes are for ages 18 and above; Parent-and-Me classes are for minors ages 8–17, and kids age 7 and under are not permitted in the kitchens.

The kitchen is BYOB and water with citrus is provided; spirits and hard liquor are not allowed in the kitchen.
What is the rescheduling and cancellation policy?
Notify the operator by phone or email if you need to reschedule; 48-hours notice is required. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours results in forfeiture of credit; no refunds are offered.
Can you accommodate severe nut or gluten allergies?
No — the kitchen is not nut-free nor gluten-free and cross-contamination cannot be safely avoided; select a menu that accommodates your allergies when possible.
Are equipment and aprons provided?
Yes. All equipment, ingredients, and aprons are provided by the kitchen.
