Two hours that teach you to fly
A compact, intensive session: a shore-side review followed by about an hour of supervised efoiling designed to give you the fundamentals to 'fly' above the water. The operator adapts instruction to your needs and lets you try different boards and wings.
Suits, jackets and everything supplied
Protective gear is included: participants use dry suits or wetsuits plus life jackets; the operator provides neoprene shoes, gloves and hoods when needed so you can focus on learning rather than kit.
Shared or private instruction
You can share a session with another person (splitting the water time to roughly 30 minutes each) or book a private course for fully focused one-on-one coaching and more on-water time until the battery runs out.
What the day feels like
What the Licence to Fly feels like
The flow is brisk: a concentrated shore-side briefing sharpens technique and safety awareness, then you step into a suit and out onto an efoil under direct instructor supervision. Expect hands-on practice trying different board and wing combinations as you progress from tentative glides to sustained flying during the allotted on-water hour.

Details to review before reserving
The full course runs about two hours, including a land review and roughly one hour of on-water time.
Dress for the conditions: in cold months wear warm layers under a dry suit (wool recommended); in summer you’ll use wetsuits. Bring a full change of clothes, towel and sunscreen; glasses or hats should be secured with a cord and are worn at your own risk. The operator provides suits, life jackets, neoprene shoes, gloves and hoods as needed.
Hot and cold drinks and energy-rich snacks are optional; expect facilities to allow changing after the session in case water enters the suit.
