THE SETTING

Primitive, group-focused campsite

Site B is a large-group site that accommodates typical group layouts of about 6–10 average-size tents. The campground is primitive—there’s no power or water at the sites—so the experience emphasizes basic, communal camping rather than modern comforts.

THE RULES

Family-friendly policies and on-site regulations

The operator enforces Morgan’s Rules: rowdiness and abuse of alcohol or drugs will not be tolerated, and guests who ignore rules risk forfeiting privileges, fees, and the security deposit. Only four vehicles are allowed per site in designated parking; additional vehicles must use the overflow lot.

THE ETHIC

Leave No Trace stewardship

Guests are expected to follow Leave No Trace principles—plan ahead, camp on durable surfaces, properly dispose of waste, minimize campfire impacts, and be considerate of others—to preserve the site for future groups.

What the day feels like

What the stay feels like

Staying at Site B is an intentionally simple, communal camping experience: a group-focused clearing for tents with no hookups or on-site water, governed by clear rules and expectations. The setting rewards planning and self-sufficiency—bring your own supplies, follow the campground rules, and leave the site as you found it.
