During your session, you’ll explore fragrance notes and work alongside our expert perfume stylists to create your own signature scent, which you can name and take home.
Do I need any prior experience with perfumes?
Not at all! The experience is designed for everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or a fragrance enthusiast. Our experts guide you every step of the way.
Can I make a bad smelling fragrance?
No - whatever you make will smell good. It is possible that you can make something not to your taste, but the process we follow when designing a fragrance makes this extremely unlikely.
Is the experience suitable for men?
Yes! The experience is fully inclusive and perfect for anyone who loves scent, creativity, or luxury experiences. Our blends are broadly unisex.
Can I join my friend or partner if I don’t have a ticket?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the way the event is structured and the room capacity, all guests must have their own ticket to participate.
Can I choose or upgrade the size of my fragrance?
Yes! You can select from 5ml, 20ml, 30ml, or 100ml atomisers, and you can upgrade on the day if you wish. You can also create additional fragrances during your session.
Can I reorder my fragrance in the future?
Absolutely. Your fragrance formula is stored and registered for life in your online account, so you can reorder your signature scent anytime.
Can I add Afternoon Tea or other extras?
Yes! Afternoon Tea and other add-ons can be booked at the time of purchase or up to 14 days before your event. Please contact us for availability outside this period.
Are your perfumes suitable for sensitive skin?
We use high-quality fragrance ingredients, but if you have allergies or sensitivities, please let us know before your session so we can advise and accommodate you safely.
What should I wear?
