Can I join my friend or partner if I don’t have a ticket?
No — due to the way the event is structured and room capacity, all guests must have their own ticket to participate.
Can I choose or upgrade the size of my fragrance?
Yes — you can select from 5ml, 20ml, 30ml, or 100ml atomisers and may upgrade on the day; you can also create additional fragrances during your session.
Can I reorder my fragrance in the future?
Yes — your fragrance formula is stored and registered for life in your online account so you can reorder your signature scent anytime.
Can I add Afternoon Tea or other extras?
Yes — Afternoon Tea and other add‑ons can be booked at purchase or up to 14 days before your event; contact the operator for availability outside this period.
