The class breaks down core techniques: making a flavourful ramen broth, seasoning sushi rice with vinegar and learning maki and uramaki rolling so you can reproduce the dishes at home.

The session takes place at the Islington HQ of The Jamie Oliver Cookery School. Only participants actively taking part are permitted; spectators cannot be accommodated.
