Pam leads the meditations, combining her breathwork coaching with the crystalline tones of her singing bowls to guide participants through a relaxing, meditative sound journey.
Crystal Singing Bowls and Gong Immersion
Sessions employ crystal singing bowls (and gong at certain sessions) to produce harmonic frequencies intended to soothe and align the energetic and emotional body; private or individual sound healings can be scheduled by request.
What the day feels like
How the Session Unfolds
A typical session opens with guided breathwork to settle the group, followed by reclining or seated meditation as the facilitator layers tones from crystal bowls (and sometimes a gong). Cushions and blankets are provided so guests can relax into the sound field while the guide shapes the session through breath cues and tonal transitions.
