All reservations cover three nights (Thursday–Sunday) under one fixed price for the full period; check-in is limited to designated hours (Thurs. 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Fri. & Sat. 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) and is strictly enforced. You may add up to one extra vehicle to a reservation for a fee, and there is no reentry to the festival lot.

RendezVan runs April 16–19, 2026. All reservations include three nights of camping (Thursday through Sunday) with one fixed price for the full period regardless of individual arrival or departure times.
Bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your reservation—you will be required to show it at check-in. Ensure your vehicle and gear fit within the reserved footprint (20' x 40' for RVs or 20' x 20' for car/van spaces).
A 9.5% Transient Room (T.R.) Tax is added to each RV camping reservation and will appear as a resort surcharge/tax in your cart. An extra vehicle may be added for $120 during the same transaction as your primary camping pass.
Check-in windows are strict: Thursday 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Friday & Saturday 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. There is no re‑entry to the festival lot for any vehicles, including added extra vehicles.
