Sweaty Betty Sauna Sessions: An Hour in a Geodesic Dome for Women and Non‑Binary Folx.
Sweaty Betty Sauna Sessions offers a focused, communal hour in a geodesic dome near Stevens Point where cis women, trans women, and non-binary/genderqueer folx rest, reset, and sweat under the guidance of a Nordic Night host. You move through rounds of the hot room and intentional cool-downs, with the stove tended by the host and practices aimed at relaxation, community, and bodily awareness.

Outing Highlights
A Geodesic Dome and a Wood‑Burning Stove
Sessions take place in a geodesic dome-style community sauna where a Nordic Night host prepares and maintains a wood-burning stove. The setting is intimate and intentionally communal—bench seating is shared and bookings are for individual bench seats unless you reserve the full bench.
Round-Based Heat, Cool, and Rest
Rather than a strict minute count, the host guides participants through cycles of entering the hot room, cooling via lower air temperatures and water, and resting between rounds. Guidance focuses on tuning in to how your body is responding rather than a fixed schedule.
Inclusive, Host‑Facilitated Atmosphere
This is a dedicated space for cis women, trans women, and non-binary folx; hosts set and enforce community rules (no phones in the sauna, sit on a towel, no food, and no substances that impair awareness) so everyone can relax safely.
What the day feels like
What the Session Feels Like
Arrival is quiet and practical: you step back to the dome, check in with the host, and learn where to stow belongings and how to access nearby bathrooms. The session unfolds as a guided rhythm—enter the hot room, sit on a towel on the bench, follow host recommendations for when to exit, cool down outside with water or fresh air, hydrate, and return for subsequent rounds until the hour concludes.
