THE SETTING

A secluded event lawn beside the blueberry patch and vineyard comes with a 30' x 50' private tent outfitted with curtain walls, twinkle lighting, electricity, refrigeration, picnic and serving tables, seasonal centerpieces and onsite event staff.

THE ACTIVITIES

Hayrides and pick‑your‑own add‑ons

Hosts can include a private hayride and seasonally appropriate pick‑your‑own produce or flowers—hayrides are short and scheduled to depart within the first 15 minutes when included, with combined hayride + PYO taking longer.

THE LOGISTICS

Built‑in amenities and event staff

Pricing tiers and time slots accommodate parties up to the town‑permitted headcount, with a private restroom trailer on site and Ward’s staff available to assist during the three‑hour event window.

What the day feels like

What the event feels like

The Premium Event is a deliberately simple, rural framework: hosts can arrive an hour early to set up, guests arrive at the scheduled start, and the group enjoys three hours in a reserved tent and lawn area—with the option to step away for a scheduled hayride or seasonal picking experience.

Suitability

Who it's for

Who this event suits and when it’s less ideal.

1
Large families & reunionsWell suited: the reserved tent, lawn space for yard games, private restrooms and staff support accommodate gatherings up to the town‑permitted 100 people.
2
Corporate or team gatheringsA good match for casual corporate outings that need a single reserved space with basic amenities, staff assistance and optional group activities like hayrides or PYO.
3
Groups with young childrenAppropriate with planning: the site supports family activities, but total headcount includes children and infants so organizers must account for everyone in the 100‑person limit.
4
Guests planning alcohol serviceRequires planning: only beer and wine service provided through the partner brewer is permitted at private events—outside alcohol is not allowed and the policy is strictly enforced.
