A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at booking (transferable to a future field trip with 24+ hours notice); final payment is due on arrival in cash, credit card or approved business check.

What happens if we run late?
Field trips must end at the scheduled time; courtesy reminders are given 30 and 5 minutes before the end, and a $30 late fee is applied for every 15 minutes past the scheduled end time.

No—cakes, cupcakes, balloons and presents are not allowed; open play passes, coupons and Groupons may not be used for field trip bookings.
Is adult supervision required?
Yes—parent or guardian supervision is required for all minors under 18, and parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children follow safety rules.
