Step into the Sarina Sugar Shed’s working miniature mill to watch how cane is crushed and to sample sugar cane juice straight from the replica press known as 'Bill the Mill Junior'.

Kids complete a hunt for the critters that live in the sugar cane patch, use stickers to learn machine functions and touch the different production stages to connect growing and harvesting with processing.

Every tour includes tasting experiences: non-alcoholic ginger beer brewed onsite, freshly spun fairy floss, and opportunities to taste molasses and sample cane juice.
