What the day feels like

What the lesson feels like

The session moves briskly: a short on‑shore briefing, transition into the water and coached practice across 90 focused minutes. Instructors work with groups to build confidence and technique in an upbeat environment where equipment is handled for you and the focus remains on accessible progression rather than performance pressure.
