Meet and train a truffle dog
Begin with a farm tour and a meet‑and‑greet with three truffle dogs, then choose a dog and learn how to train it to recognise the scent of a ripe truffle in a focused training session.
A real‑life truffle harvest
After building rapport with your chosen dog you head into the truffle farm for an authentic hunt: working with the dog to find truffles, assessing ripeness, and digging and unearthing the harvest.
Clean, grade and cook your harvest
Learn how to clean and grade truffles and then join Timo in the kitchen to prepare a gourmet truffle dinner — participate as much as you like, or relax by the fire with a glass of Tassie Pinot while the meal is prepared.
