THE BOAT

A purpose-built, accessible fishing platform

The charter runs from a custom Sabre Craft 7.8 m twin-hull catamaran built specifically for fishing and accessibility, powered by twin 300 hp Suzuki outboards and fitted with practical kit such as a Haulmaster craypot lifter—designed to get you to the grounds quickly and handle a serious day of fishing.

THE FISHING

All day on the bite—demersals to pelagics

This is a full-day, lines-in-the-water program focused on chasing reef demersals like dhuys and pink snapper on the outer reefs, with the option to target larger pelagics such as tuna, sailfish and marlin depending on your preference.

THE SERVICE

Top gear, meals aboard and cook-your-catch option

Trips include morning tea and a served lunch, top-quality Shimano tackle provided, the ability to pull craypots and the option to have your fresh catch cooked onboard—plus a prize for fish of the day to keep the competition lively.

What the day feels like

What the day feels like

From a 7:00am departure, the day is deliberately pared to its purpose: an hour’s run to the grounds, a morning push chasing the big ones, a brief break for morning tea, then more concentrated fishing through lunch and the afternoon before heading back to Hillarys. Expect a steady rhythm of travelling, setting lines, checking pots and swapping locations as the crew chases the best water for demersals and pelagics.
