Can I reschedule my tour?
You can reschedule free of charge if you notify the operator at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a fee to cover guide payments, unused tickets, and company costs. If booked through a third-party platform, reschedule directly with that platform.
What do I do if I’m running late?
Inform your guide as soon as possible. As this is a semi-private tour, it must start on time. If ticketed, the guide can reply with the tickets so you may enter on your own and try to join inside; once the tour begins the guide cannot regularly check their phone.
Can I stay in the museum after the tour finishes?
Yes, you are welcome to stay in the museum until it closes.
