What the Class Feels Like
Over a roughly 2.5–3 hour, instructor-led session you’ll be shown techniques for a handful of plant-based dishes, work in partnership to prepare them using provided equipment and ingredients, and then sit down to taste what you’ve cooked while enjoying tea or coffee — all while taking home a recipe pack to continue cooking at home.

No — everything is provided, including ingredients, equipment and a recipe pack; you don’t need to bring anything with you.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes — there is free parking on site.
Can friends or family wait at the cookery school during the class?
No — only paid guests actively participating in the cookery lesson are permitted on site while classes are in progress; spectators cannot be accommodated.
What is included and what’s excluded?
Included: tea and coffee, ingredients and equipment, takeaway containers for leftovers and a recipe pack. Excluded: soft drinks and alcohol.
How are drinks handled during the session?
Drinks are available via a simple tab system — order during the session and pay at the end.
What if I need to change my booking?
If alterations are made within 7 days of the course there is a rebooking fee of £20 per person; contact the operator for changes.
