Outing Highlights
Sizzling souvlaki and classic Greek plates
You’ll make herby marinated chicken or mushroom skewers, a proper tzatziki, grilled pepper, olive and feta salad, and warm flatbreads — then eat what you’ve made either at the chef’s table or packed to take home.
Hands‑on technique: from knife work to blackened kebabs
The class pairs expert demos with practical, hands‑on work: you’ll learn to build a herby marinade, practice knife skills with guidance from the teaching chef, and grill kebabs to achieve beautiful caramelisation.
Chef’s table finish with a digital recipe pack
After cooking, you share the meal at the chef’s table, receive a digital recipe pack to recreate the dishes at home, and can choose a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival or a soft drink instead.
