Easy to learn and playable alongside traditional golfers, the format is pitched at families, social groups and newcomers who want the golf course experience without the baggage of a full bag of clubs.

Outing Highlights
A hybrid of golf and lacrosse
Fling Golf ® replaces heavy club bags with a FlingStick® — a shaft with a scooped channel — letting players scoop, fling and loft regulation golf balls around a standard golf course while counting strokes as in conventional golf.
Built for families and social rounds
The game is described as easy to start and fun to master, and it’s explicitly recommended for players of all ages, social groups and families — you can even play in the same foursome as traditional golfers.
9‑hole hire packages and green‑fee options
Ferrymead Golf offers a 9‑hole Fling Golf package that includes a FlingStick® and two balls; separate green fees are available for players who bring their own FlingStick® with distinct rates for adults, children and families.
What the day feels like
What a round feels like
Rounds follow the familiar arc of golf: tee, fairway, green and hole. Players use the FlingStick® to scoop or fling the ball down the fairway, loft into greens when needed and push or putt to finish the hole — counting shots from tee to cup just like regular golf. The format minimizes equipment and ramps quickly from first swing to playable technique.
