Meet at Kayak & Cabana, 2202 chemin du Moulin, Labelle (arrive 30 minutes before your reservation; vehicles are left at the Kayak & Cabana parking and a shuttle returns you at the end of the route).
Plan on at least three hours; the operator allocates up to five hours to complete the 12 km descent and you may return earlier if desired (hourly shuttle pickups available).
Bring water, sunscreen, hat, weather‑appropriate clothing, water shoes or sandals, change of clothes, swimsuit and towel, insect repellent (sold on site), a dry bag for your phone, and a picnic or snacks.
