Arrive 15 minutes early. You can pay the balance in person at reception in cash or by credit/debit card; reservations accept a $1,000 MXN deposit with the remainder payable the day of the flight.
The couple rate is $8,268 MXN. Bookings made after 20:00 hrs may be considered for another day and an agent will contact you to confirm availability. Free parking is provided at the site.
Optional roundtrip transport from Mexico City (Ángel de la Independencia) is available for an extra charge and, if purchased, you may add time to visit the Teotihuacán site; the transport fee does not include the archaeological‑site entrance fee (approximately $100 MXN per person).
Flights can be postponed due to adverse weather (dense fog, prolonged rain or winds over 12 km/h). No refund is issued for weather delays, but the activity can be rescheduled at no extra charge.
