Inform your guide as soon as possible. As the tour must start on time, the guide may send tickets so you can enter on your own and try to join inside, but once the tour begins the guide cannot regularly check their phone.

Yes. You are welcome to remain in the museum until it closes.

Your guide will have your tickets. Bring proof of ID, the guide’s name and number, and arrive at the meeting point on time; the guide will assist with entry.
