What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required at least 48 hours before the tour. The deposit is not refundable 24 hours before the tour, and you will be fully charged if you cancel within 12 hours of the tour.

What happens if I miss the pick-up?

Pick-ups are on time; the operator will try to contact you and will wait up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes with no contact it is considered a no-show and will not be refunded.
