Returning tickets for a refund is available up until one day prior to the presentation; after requesting a refund allow up to 72 hours for volunteer staff to process it.
What happens if Wolf Hollow cancels a tour?
Tours may occasionally be canceled, typically for adverse weather such as high heat, heavy rain or snow, or severe cold; in the event of cancellation a notice of refund will be sent via email within 48 hours.
