THE HERITAGE

The island’s only working sugarcane plantation estate and distillery

This tour visits the only operational sugarcane plantation estate and distillery in Puerto Rico, offering a direct look at the agricultural and production roots of Puerto Rican rum.

THE PROCESS

Stills and barrel-aging bodega — the mechanics of rum

Guides walk you through the production sequence: the stills where rum is made and the barrel-aging bodega where maturation happens, so you can trace the spirit from cane to cask.

THE FLAVORS

Tasting tradition — legal and local

Taste the island’s styles, including rums flavored with real fruits and demonstrations that explain the local tradition of ron caña, alongside a Tres Clavos welcome cocktail and snacks.
