Along the way the Imperia statue watches over the traffic of excursion ships, the route threads past the atmospheric Schmugglerbucht and ends at the sunlit Strandbad Hörnle—an ideal place for a long break before the return paddle. The outing is run by experienced guides and comes with the necessary boats and safety equipment supplied.

The tour begins at 10:00 and runs approximately 4–6 hours (this includes the lunch break); the on‑water paddling time is around three hours.
Participants should bring a packed lunch and at least one filled water bottle (minimum 1 litre).
Boats (team-canoes), paddles, life jackets, dry gear barrels and—if required—rain ponchos are provided; the tour is led by trained guides certified in canoe touring.
A 20% deposit is required to book; the remainder is due within one week after the tour. There is a weather-based cancellation window (up to three days before) and specific rules for participant cancellations and force majeure.

Up to three participants may cancel free of charge up to three days before, provided minimum numbers remain met. If the operator cancels for force majeure (e.g. thunder, heavy rain, winds above 3 Bft.), no payment is required, though the deposit may be kept to cover incurred costs.
