Maximum combined weights: 400 lbs / 180 kg for two-seater buggies and 700 lbs / 317 kg for four-seaters; participants over these limits may be denied participation without refund.
Can pregnant people join the buggy tour?
No. Due to safety requirements pregnant women are not permitted to participate on buggy tours; expecting mothers are welcome on the operator’s Jeep or Canoe tours instead.
What if I’m under the influence of alcohol or drugs?
Under no circumstances may any person suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol participate as a driver or passenger; persons denied participation for this reason will not receive a refund.
