Who can access the 50% promotion?
The discount applies only to residents of Tenerife or students enrolled at the Universidad de La Laguna; you must submit a valid DNI/NIE (or empadronamiento) showing a Tenerife address or your ULL student card within 24 hours of reservation.
How long does each class last?
Each lesson lasts between two and three hours, combining land-based theory and in-water practice.
What equipment and insurance are included?
The package includes a long wetsuit and surfboard; civil liability and accident insurance are also provided.
What is the bono validity and can I transfer it?
The bono is valid for six months from the date of your first class; classes not used within that period are non-refundable and the bono is not transferable to another person.
Can I reschedule a booked class?
If you cannot attend a reserved class you should contact the operator before 18:00 the day prior to reschedule; otherwise the class is considered attended.
Where will classes take place each day?
The operator provides transport from Puerto de la Cruz to the beach selected for that day; the specific beach is chosen according to sea conditions.
