Highlights
Outing Highlights
Pink granite and remote coves
Corner Inlet is a spectacular area of granite rocks plunging into azure, clear water; stunning pink granite rocks separate the coves and large sections of Corner Inlet are a marine national park, creating a remote, rugged coastal palette for paddling and camping.
Marine life, seals and seabirds
Expect opportunities to snorkel and to see dolphins, seals, sea eagles, cormorants and Cape Baron geese as you explore islands and shallows by kayak.
Island camps and sheltered passages
Over three days you paddle between mainland launch and island camps, exploring places such as Tin Mine Cove, Snake Island and nearby islands, with days that combine sustained paddling and optional bushwalking or snorkeling.
What the day feels like
How the tour unfolds

Day 1 generally involves a 2–3 hour paddle across Corner Inlet to a chosen camp (Tin Mine Cove or Snake Island, weather dependent). Day 2 offers paddles to islands such as Bennison Island, Granite Island or Biddies Cove and optional bushwalking and snorkelling; the final day is a return to the mainland.
