Daily, 3:00–5:00 p.m.; the guided hike lasts about 2 hours and covers roughly 3–5 miles depending on the group and trail choices.
Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes or hiking boots (trail surfaces can be muddy or wet). Bring bug spray, sunscreen and at least one water bottle per person.
Meet at 406 Mills Rd., Kennebunkport, ME 04046. Parking and access to the KCT headquarters are via Gravelly Brook Road (57 Gravelly Brook Road is the KCT parking area); approach slowly and watch for hikers on the dirt road.
Maximum group size is 10. There are no age restrictions. Leashed dogs are welcome; no strollers, please.
