What the day feels like

What the outing feels like

Your morning begins at Mt. Robson Pit, where staff organize gear and escort you to the helicopter. The ascent carries you across the Robson Valley, flying low along alpine ridgelines and waterfalls before a careful landing at the top drop-off; once on the ground you unload and are free to camp or hike deeper into the park at your own pace.

Suitability

Who it's for

Who this trip suits—and who should reconsider.

1
Time-pressed trekkersIdeal for hikers who want to maximize time in the high country by avoiding the long approach; the drop-off places you directly into Berg Lake access sooner than the trailhead approach would allow.
2
Visitors with limited mobilityAn excellent option for parties with members who are physically unable to complete the full hike, since the helicopter delivers you close to the alpine zone with minimal overland approach.
3
Lightweight backpackersSuited to those who can pack within the 35 lb-per-person allowance; heavier loads may incur fees or require additional arrangements.
4
Families and groupsGood for groups that need flexible access, but be aware of gear limits per person and the operational schedule that can affect available flight days and times.
