The self-guided Holiday tour is designed as a one-hour visit; you may arrive at any point during posted open hours, but arriving at least 45 minutes before closing is recommended to allow time to explore.
Tours are hosted at The Felt Estate in West Michigan; tickets are available at the door during posted open tour times.
As a historic home, the Felt Estate has no elevator; guests must be able to navigate multiple sets of stairs and uneven ground on the estate.
Free public parking is available in the gravel lot near the estate entrance; the low-cost Interurban Bus runs until 7PM (call to arrange) and taxi/rideshare access is very limited.
Tickets may be purchased at the door during open hours; refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled, and unused tickets are considered a donation unless exchanged for another tour time via the operator.
